    It took over a week and a half to get my book. They also made a mistake and sent the wrong book and I had to wait even longer. My classmate got her book (the same book) a day or two after she had ordered it. I find it inconsistent. If you have it delivered, it's faster. If you have to pick it up from the Surrey SFU campus, it takes forever. I found that I had to check in (call) and ask about my order several times just to get things moving. I didn't have the best experience.

    They're quick, friendly, and they get the job done!

    They are very unresponsive and laid back. They do not respond to emails on time and do not take their jobs seriously. Very disappointing....
