  Located on the west side of Gilley Street near Kingsway in south burnaby. Everything you would need for your pet. A great selection. This store has been here for as long as I can remember. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. And there is street parking in front and limited parking behind the store.

  Friendly staff, my only complaint is that the close super early and the store interior is not very nice. It's like a warehouse.

  Great place. Most of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. However, recently, I ‘ve received bad customer service from one of the staff twice. Today she refused to give me the frequent buyer discount because she didn’t know how to do it. Last time, she didn’t give me the discount either. The manager was there and helped me do the refund immediately. I appreciated that. This time I am not that lucky. She is the only person in the store so I have to wait or go back later some time.
