  Overall a decent area to find most of our daily necessities. The constant construction, both of the parking lot and the walkways, are a pain in the rear. The stores are decent. Please be careful when parking and walking through the lot. I've had my car get backed into and had several near-misses when I cross the lot on foot. Some better signage or speed bumps might be helpful?

  It's exactly what you'd expect a strip mall anchored by a Safeway to be. Take that whatever way you like. There's also a Starbucks in and adjacent to said Safeway. So that's... pretty swift. Right?

  A good variety of stores for quick visits. Recent liquor store was a welcome addition.

  My favorite fish and chips restaurant is there. Another one is in New Westminster. The best fish and chips I have tasted so far.

  Very convenient. Has Safeway, shoppers drug Mart, a dollar store, white spot, a haircut parlor, subway, Starbucks, and other smaller stores. The parking lot can get a lil hectic as there is a little construction in the parking lot.
