  Mall is in the midst of construction growing pains. It still has a lot of good shops and very much worth shopping in. However the issues with construction are what's causing the headaches right now. There's lots of developments planned for outside the mall and construction is taking longer than expected to complete. Completion was originally planned to be 2017 but I heard one say it may not be finished until the end of 2018 or beginning of 2019. Nevertheless it still has a lot of good stores to shop at.

  Plenty of parking on the upper uncovered level. The mall also has 2 electric vehicle chargers. The food court has plenty of options available. This mall is a nice small mall and is pretty good if you have nothing to do and are nearby. If you are looking for a 1-stop shop, this isn’t a place for you.

  I will suggest to look up the store you are expecting to find before going there. Smaller mall, they currently have construction going on so the parking us a bit smaller and restricted at time. It will be a bigger mall when the construction is done.

  Went to check out Brentwood Town Centre during condo construction. The mall is still open. Found a nice kids play area. The mall is not crowded like Metrotown so it is easy to get around. Kids play area was wonderful. Saturday morning kids and parents were well behaved. Easy access to the Skytrain, however need to walk around on the street level as the connecting pathway is closed during condo construction.

  The place is dead right now. Lots of vacant stores and many of those that remain are low-end. Brentwood has always been a depressing mall with a dollar store mentality. The plan is to expand the mall, so let's hope it gets away from its bargain basement feel and moves into better quality tenants.
