  I bought a pair of nike air force 1 at metrotown footlocker. Since they don’t have in stock, they have check there’s stock online. The sales said it will be shipped to me between 7-14 days. I waited for two weeks, the shoes still haven’t arrive. I called customer service # on the receipt. They said they have called me to cancel the order because they don’t have it anymore. I will have to go back to retail store to do a refund. I asked why weren’t there anyone contact me, they said they did and a men pick up said ok. No,I never received any phone calls and I have to drive all the way to get my refund. I told the sales at store that this is not my fault. He said he is not saying is my fault but I can’t do anything.

  That’s it ! I m not ever going to purchase from Footlocker ever again. Bad service bad management bad organization.

  I walked in looking for a pair of sneakers. Saw a staff with his head down checking his smartphone. There was a staff member who was very rude when it came to explaining the return policy. Some of the staff are too busy entertaining their own friends than to help customers. Wouldn't recommend coming here.

  I had a bad experience here yesterday, when I found there was a line up for some new shoes, and I asked a registration stuff what shoes are they registrar for, then the stuff reply me "if you don't know you shouldn't be here, what a waste if you get it." I bought over 10 pairs of shoes here, and I like them, as well the store, so I usually come to check if anything new coming up. This is definitely a terrible experience I ever had. Will never come back again. Thank you! the stuff with yellow hair!
