    Rude staff, I asked her if this size is available and she said "what again" I was like I'm asking for the first time. I showed her the shoes and said I want size 9.5 . She took the shoe and came back after 5 minutes saying I don't have this size. I showed her the shoe size she was holding and I said it's 9.5 and said, did you loose the other pair.
