  Recently we had a unique requirement (that is to install 2 additional downpipes on my upper roof). I have internal gutter built into the roof, and the downpipes require special bonding compounds and installation. This was a small job so getting roofing companies to come out was a challenge. I would have tried to do the work myself but the upper roof is about 30 feet high, and I don't do well working on high places :-( Anyway when I contacted Coast Mountain Roofing, the owner Brad was very helpful. He understood the work needed to be done and gave me a sense of confidence over the phone that the company has the experts to handle this type of work routinely. Sure enough, they did a great job. The roofer was very professional and because of our unique roof's requirement, he had to come back a few more times to do the job properly. There has not been any rainfall yet, and so far I am very pleased with the work. Well done!

  Damage to the property. Disrespectful workers drinking alcohol while working on our building rooftop and non-stop smoking not to mention the constant spitting. Had to get my kids out of our place because of the continuous use of foul language. Where do they hire these guys?
