  Environment is great and restaurant is clean. The staff seems a bit passive or completely drained. This is based on more than 3 times during my visits. Still I would recommend it to anyone who loves chicken.

  I do love this place and have been eating here for nearly 10 years! I am super sad they got rid of the pita as it was my favorite.. The staff are a hit and miss, some being super amazing and others very dissatisfying and nearly rude and making me feel like I am a nuisance. One thing I would REALLY like to recommend to the kitchen staff... I do not want soup in my wrap.. the sauce is far to much, I should not have to ask each time I order for "light on the sauce". To be more clear, PLEASE STOP DUMPING A LOAD OF SAUCE ON THE CESAR WRAP

  This place serves a flame-cooked chicken which is really delicious. I am not a big fan of chicken but they cook it extremely well. And I eat it with pleasure. They say that they marinate it for 24h to make it so soft and juicy. The garlic bread is also tasty. They have their special sauce Peri-Peri to add to the chicken which is too hot for me but my husband likes it. Here you need to order yourself at the check out, then they bring you your order. It is a good place to eat if you don't have much time to wait for your order but as for me it is better than traditional fast food. So I recommend it.

  I had ordered a quarter chicken breast here with rice on the side a month ago and the rice was spoiled, chicken didn't seem like it was marinated at all.Threw it away otherwise I would get sick. Just because it's late night does not mean you would serve bad food to save money. Called to complain and the lady I talked to asked me to come back and they will reimburse the rice and said the manager is not available. I told her you should throw your rice away otherwise you could seriously hurt someone and I was told I was the first one to complain about the rice. Bad customer service. This is the second time I had bad experience with this location. I usually go to Metrotown location as they always serve food fresh. This Kingsway location is a bad one. I would consider that my last visit on this location.

  Staff were amazingly attentive and friendly. Decor was way nicer than you'd expect, elevating it much above a standard chicken joint. The chicken and peri-peri sauces are delicious! However, I wished that there were more vegetable based sides. I got a $6 bean salad that was about 1/2 worth of sauce soaked disappointment. Not really a slight against the owners (it is a chain, after all), but don't go here expecting a really decent salad and grilled chicken. Go expecting excellent chicken and fries.
