  Cozy low light date night kinda place. Had 'ribs' with mashed potato which was spicy levels of garlic. Honestly dead average and expensive. Ribs I had were similar tasting meat to safeway ground beef, eh/10. Bonuses are it looks nice.

  We came here for Dine Out and we got so much value from the $30 menu. The ahi tuna appetizer was so delicious, the steak was tender and tasty, and the home-made pretzel chocolate cake was super yummy!

  We went for our anniversary and the evening was perfect! We had the dine out Vancouver menu and the food was amazing, all 3 courses. The server was perfect; attentive and friendly. Even the bus boy was super attentive, quickly removing plates and filing water glasses. It was one of those evenings where everything just went right, with nothing to complain about, not even something small. Delicious food, great service, good company. Thank you Horizons!

  Food average. Service slow. Interior design old - still in the 1980s when I first visited. Great view though. Go for the view but not the food or service or atmosphere.

  Upscale restaurant with some nice food options. Not handicap friendly unless you have someone pushing you in a wheelchair. Anyone using a walker will curse continuously as they try to climb the 75' double switchback ramp. I honestly have never seen a ramp like it. Spectacular daytime views.
