    Service and food aren't as good as other locations. Food can arrive lukewarm.

    Located in Brentwwod Towne Centre there's 2 cashiers that works here one that loves her job and has a wonderful attitude and pleasantly greets you with a big smile

    Rude male staff in the morning, I've witnessed a female staff leave a review on the little tablet they have on the side. Food is ok. You have to ask them for sauces and jams otherwise they don't offer it even though it comes with the food you ordered. Very cheap. I took all my staff to Tim Hortons instead.

    Worst a&w I've been to. One of the cashier was pretty rude about my friend paying when she was the one being too quiet and hard to understand. Food was the worst a&w I've had. Both of our teen bother buns were barely warm, dried out and a bit hard. It was not briefed, not extremely busy. Being in the food court does not warrant this kind of experience. I'll keep to the other places instead.
