  Team Vince Chan came highly recommended to us and we are so glad we chose them as our realtors! Noel Yii did the majority of the legwork for our sale and he is awesome - professional, kind, always willing to work around our schedules.   Leona was recommended to us and she was a delight to work with! She was very knowledgeable and worked with efficiency every step of the way.   After having lived so many years in North Burnaby, it was hard to leave North Burnaby. However Team Vince Chan made the transition so easy for our family and we found a home we absolutely loved in East Vancouver which was near our kids’ school. Leona spent a lot of time taking me on tours of homes until we found our dream home. I would definitely recommend to my friends and use them again when we need to sell and buy next time.
