  Where do I start? Judy, you are AMAZING! From start to finish Judy and Forrest are the absolute BEST team in Real Estate. We've used Judy's services to sell our last home, list and sell our current home and to negotiate the purchase of our new home as of just days ago and each transaction was smooth and effortless. In the current 'hot market' we're experiencing, it pays to have a realtor that knows EVERYTHING there is to know about contracts. In our most recent purchase, we beat out 17 other offers because of the attention to detail and level of professionalism that only comes with the years of experience that Judy has under her belt.   We are very happy we chose Judy to help us sell our condo and purchase a house. She provided advice that helped us successfully stage our condo, and she was excellent at dealing with the buyers' realtor. When it came time for us to shop for our house, her knowledge of common problems allowed her to point out plumbing and other problems that saved us from making the wrong decision. She always looked out for our best interests and made sure we were informed on both the positives and negatives of any house we looked at. We were pretty picky, and asked Judy to look at tons of houses with us, but she was always patient and made herself available at a moments' notice. The neighborhood we wanted was in a very strong sellers' market where competition was fierce. However, Judy managed to get us an amazing house at the price we wanted to pay AND she got the sellers to throw in a new roof. I would recommend Judy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
