  Leonard painted the interior ( a walk-out bungalow, upstairs & downstairs) of our house in mid July, 2016. Right from our first meeting when he came to do the estimate Leonard was courteous, professional, open to discussing any questions we had, and would politely offer suggestions based on his years of experience. We had other companies give estimates but felt that Leonard's quote was very reasonable. Based on other's referrals and our meeting with Leonard we felt confident that he would provide a quality paint job.

  Upon choosing Leonard he gave us clear and reasonable instructions for how we were to ready the spaces for painting. Leonard always arrived prepared and on time. I appreciated that he was a thorough, organized and tidy worker. He amazed me at how quickly he could work without compromising quality. I am somewhat guarded about having strangers in my home but I felt absolutely comfortable leaving my house to go do errands while Leonard was working. He was friendly to talk to and I enjoyed our conversations- one of which led Leonard to recommending a friend of his to do a ceramic tile job for us, who, we ended up hiring!
