  EXCELLENT movers. I spoke with Meredith a few times prior to our appointment and sorted out the details. They showed up a few minutes early and eager to get moving. We had a slightly difficult entrance to where we were moving out of, and they took the challenge in stride. Once we were at our new place they were very careful to try and not track anything onto our brand new floors.

  They were polite, very considerate of our belongings that we identified as delicate, and fair on price and hours worked. They were also happy to have us jump in to help once we were behind on time from our elevator issues.

Prompt, professional, took great care and attention with our possessions AND our new home. We've had other experiences with other companies, one a national corporate firm, that didn't come close to the service received from Jim's. Will be happily and confidently referring them to friends and family.
