  I read some of these reviews & wonder what store they're talking about. This store used to be epic. Putting aside recent renos. You trip on boxes, shelves are dusty & there's almost no staff. There's a customer service guy who is great at helping me find online ALL the products I used to buy there, at OTHER stores & ONE friendly cashier guy. The spirits section is lacking of late. Northgate has gone right downhill in the last year & a half. Whatever or whoever they had to make it great in the beginning they need to bring them back.

  Worst service ever. They got one person working in the front. There’s a huge line up. The manager is just sitting on his desk looking at his computer screen. Let me give you guys an advice no one should wait in line for 10 minutes just to purchase some beers.

  Nice big store but no staff , long line ups . Waited 5 mins in line as the manager called for another cashier , the cashier that came up was the same person from empty returns. Which begs the question is the manager to good to run a till and help the customers. This happens all

  Large government beer, wine and liquor store. Good selection and good prices compared to private liquor stores

  Awesome. Did a huge order of beer and cider and coolers and picked up wine toofir dance. Great staff.

  the time at this store. Heads up BC Liquor Stores your management team should be in the Customer Service Business, not the I'm to busy looking at my computer business.
