  Very poor clientele Service. It’s been a few rounds I gave my coat to this shop for dry clean. Instead of checking any damages on site they call back later to advise of finding some tip off on the button. When you give them the opinion that it’s not a very good way to review and advise your clients merchandise defect after customer has left the shop and difficult to trust who may have damaged they keep arguing and hang up the phone call. They won’t answer your call unless you call back from a different phone number.

  I got my jacket back, with dark black smudges all over it. Stains which are not removable. I almost cried in the store. (I did once I left). My jacket cost $900 originally. I got it on sale for $750. It wasn't even properly ironed.

  I brought my white blazer in with some light stains. Make up on the collar. Some older, dabbed with soda water spills. Nothing too dark. But admittedly, some that I knew migjt not come out. But that was fine.

  They claim invisible stains magically appear upon drycleaning. I get the concept. That some chemicals react blah blah blah. But dark black streaks where the material was white??...also, the material is scuffed where the stains were. Most of the original stains are lighter, some are gone. But now there are more and worse stains than before.
