  When we entered Peoples.. Hanna approached us right away and asked what my wife wants and what our budget was. They also had 25% off so we really got a great deal with a good quality necklace.

  Good customer service by Hanna! She didn't just want to sell, but she also made sure that my wife gets the necklace that best suits her. Would definitely recommend her :)

  Me and my wife was looking for a gold necklace for her...we went to all the jewelry stores in Metrotown but not a single one of the staff acknowledged us and my wife was having a hard time to pick which ones she likes. (She couldn't decide because she has to try it on first to be able to see if it suits her)

  I was often cutomer of this store even i bring friends for buy cus i though prices and quality was good, i just got 4 pairs of 10 kt earrings, after a couple month's of wear them the "gold" come out and i got very bad allergy reaction, when i ask them why and what could do they told me if don't buy the "insurance" since the beginning they can't do anything, the price of the insurance was more expensive then the earrings, so practically i got 4 pairs of fake gold for more than 100 dollars with no warranty. I will never come back again

  This location is horrible. Bought my wife an anniversary ring and it's been almost 3 months and it's still not sized. Our sales woman was a Phillipino woman and she was horrible. They are the worst jewellery store I have dealt with. No one should shop there. Will be taking this to the media as I have some good friends in the industry. Very bad

  Terrible store. Ordered a necklace online to their location as a gift and they refunded me my money and told me it wasn't going to come in. 2 weeks later after I bought a different necklace from a different company money gets pulled from my account and I get am email saying I have to go pickup the necklace from them. Horrible customer service and was mislead more than one time on the phone and by emails.

  Never return your calls. Can't even understand you on the phone. They say their phone is not good enough. I think that's something that should be addressed by a manager. Communication is important in customer service.
