  Love the service, Love the manager, Love my purchase. I got attention and service as soon as I walked in. After spending so much time with the lady I asked if I could have the opinion of one of the male staff as I was buying an expensive gift for my partner. She got behshad and he helped me out all the way through. I am very picky and a tough customer but he didn't lose patience. Soon after I found out that he is the manager. Thank you so much for a great experience. I have been to other Michael Hill stores and I love their products. Their service is ok too but this location was just different! I will always go there from now on. I highly recommend this location. Everyone is super polite and professional. :)))

  I have worked in customer service, on commission, and in stressful roles but I would never have the audacity to treat a customer the way they have treated me. I would have been fired or at the very least, reprimanded. The manager should be ashamed of their staff.

  Had an issue with the recommended sizing by one of the staff members but the manager was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation and resolved the situation for us without any additional charges.

  If I could give a lower rating, I would. Every one of my three visits has been filled with the worst customer service imaginable. When I went in to get my ring resized the woman scoffed at me for not knowing when and where my fiance purchased the ring. Her attitude was both flippant and condescending. She misheard me several times as she, very obviously, was not listening to me. I was told it would be a week and they would call, and of course no one called to let me know my ring was back.

  My fiance and I will absolutely not buy our wedding bands from Michael Hill, nor will I recommend them in future.

  The staff are so kind and helpful. I've never gone to a jewelry store and been assisted so warmly, treated like a friend and found exactly what I was looking for all in one go. The manager was so amazing and helpful, and just in time for my Christmas present shopping! I've gone here a few times for gifts and will be sticking with them long term!

  This is my favourite store the best part is that I'm very happy that Michael hills had a very good person working for them she's called Andrea because of that I would recommend this to many of my friends

  Today when I approached a saleslady to have my ring polished I was told, very rudely, that I needed to wait as she was busy. She was standing in the store following customers who were browsing. As I observed, she did not approach a single customer while I waited for another salesperson.
