  I had SO much help while I was here, not really knowing anything about what I was getting myself into. The sales associate patiently modeled a billion rings for me while I was being indecisive. In the end we found a wonderful ring that I'm sure she'll love. Thanks!!

  Highly recommend - wide variety, great customer service :) I've bought a few pieces of jewelry from Arctic Canadian Diamond in Metrotown and have always been pleased with their level of service and wide selection. I find that they often have a lot of pieces that are more outside-the-box than your big chain Michael Hill or Peoples jewelry stores... which is wonderful! Most recently I was helped by a lady named Jean who was very kind and patient in waiting for me to make my decision, not at all pushy, and gave me a killer deal on my wedding band. I will shop here again for sure.

  Had about 8 minutes till closing, we were just taking a look at the gold chains, and the older Asian lady rudely and with an unwelcoming tone remarked over her shoulder, not even looking at us directly in the face, "we're closed now". Not coming back.
