  Very pleased with the way Adam works, especially his hair colour/ highlights. He spends extra time with no charge and works very professionally with only best products. I had colour, highlights and hair cut done by him a few times-- always great results! He is very friendly and tries to give some discount too, so at the end it's not that pricey as may seem.

  Save your $2 I'll never ever shop there again! There are plenty of other hair product places that sell exact same stuff same prices in Metrotown that treat a valued customer as valued.

  Worst customer service I've spent so much money here and my full bottle of hair spray bottle top doesn't work thought I'd bring back for a swap and they refused because was purchased 3 months ago but I bought 2 at the time and there is full product I can't get out I asked to talk to manager where I was offered 20% off a new bottle.
