  Went in today for USB help & DJ equipment - sales rep could NOT find any of it. Asked another sales rep who didn't even respond. Walked around with a lost employee and I said "that's ok - I will go somewhere else." His response - "no problem." Wow okay.

  Beware - Paid for a TV but was not allowed to pick it up, nor was my money returned! Blatantly ripped me off!

  Sales person Shun was pleasant and not pushy like the other location I've been to. Only thing I can mention is the sales manager should try and not converse about an error in front of the customer who is purchasing the product yp u are concerned about ... otherwise it was a pleasant visit. No pressure sales from Shun... answered my question and gave his opinions in a honest conversation.

  About 7 or 8 months ago on a Friday evening I purchased multiple thousands of dollars worth of electronics from Visions including a 55” TV. I was able to fit almost everything into two cars, but had to leave the TV for the next day when I could bring a truck. I showed up bright and early Saturday morning and was told by the same salesman I had just purchased everything from barely 14 hours earlier that I could not pick up the TV without a receipt which I don’t remember being given the evening before. The salesman even told me that I could be trying to steal from them. I was so shocked that I just left the store. Emails to customer service got nowhere. I ended up purchasing a TV elsewhere. Needless to say, I’ll never shop there again, and will never step foot in any of their stores.

  I bought a small laptop for my wife. Sheldon was very knowledgeable & helpful. Visions also has a "15% of price difference discoont" price match policy, which I used, as I missed their Xmas sale price. This brought the price down to close to the sale price. Visions also has a 15day trial for returns.
