  I went to this store to buy a replacement battery for a cordless phone. They matched a new one to the dead one I brought with me with assurances that it was the correct one, but when I tried to install it in the phone, it would not fit. I took it back to the store, and it was then they told me no refunds, leaving me with a battery i cannot use and $30 out of pocket. And to top it all off, the salesperson suggested that I should sell it on Craigslist to get my money back... unbelievable.

  I phoned in to ask if they had a certain cable and Albert asked all the right questions and told me I didn't need to get that but to try various different options with what I had - it worked! Very grateful for the fabulous service

  I only have myself to blame for not going to LD in the first place, and I recommend to everyone else to do the same for anything electronics.

  I received the absolute best service while buying a new smart phone there. I was not planning on purchasing my new phone there but the service won me over. Albert was there to help me. He was very helpful, answered all my questions and concerns, walked through every step with me, he was incredibly patient, friendly and all with a smile on his face. Albert was not trying to up sell me with things i did not need. He listened to all my needs and gave me options with what he thought suits me best and explained why.

  I ended up going to London Drugs, and sold me a replacement for $10 which fits just fine.

  Never order from there!! I ordered a 128gb micro SD card and was told it will take 3-5 business days to get there and it took 7 weeks they kepts giving me crap excuses. There workers are a bunch of dumb people
