    I called Apple Support in December for a problem with my camera and flash on my iPhone 7 Plus. They booked an appointment for me for 5 days later and I went in to meet with Genius Rahim. He was very helpful and understanding and had me contact support again with my issues for further assistance. After contacting support, another appointment was made for me 5 days later and I met with Chris. Genius Chris was also excellent and very helpful. My phone was fixed and with each visit the wait was less than 10 min from my scheduled appointment time. The store was swamped on both visits but you couldn’t tell that the Geniuses has anything besides my problem on their minds.

    Apple Stores usually get an 11/10 review from me, unfortunately I would not recommend this location to any friends of family. And apparently neither would most reviewers.

    The sales people are helpful but unfortunately won’t really interest you into any product for their lack of passion. Their service is great but it just feels to me like they don’t have the expected passion twds Apple products.

    update: got a dude who assured me everything is going to be fine this week with the actual battery change. Service was decent this time around, updating my star from 1 to 3. be aware of the short/bob-hair asian woman with glasses though, she's the one who lied to my face about a forced system update and bricking my phone just with a battery change...

    The worst customer service ever! had to spend 4 hours waiting for the specialist to check a laptop for 5 minutes. This office gets extremely busy on weekends, their wait time can be easily 3-4 hours and they don't let you make an appointment for another day except the same day.

    The apple "genius" angry-faced asian lady lied to my face about my phone possibly bricking because of a battery change. Like, are you serious here. Don't come. I should've checked the reviews before picking a place for my battery to be shipped and replaced.

    I went to this location last night to have my iPhone looked at for a warranty concern, and unfortunately my warranty had expired just 7 day prior. I was especially upset my this because I had bought my phone to the Apple Store last month about the issue but the case wasn't recorded so they were unable to do anything for me. Rules are rules I suppose, but had the employees done the full duty on my first visit, I wouldn't be leaving with such a sour review. As well as the non genuine reaction from the apple genius helping me made the experience even less lovable, as she there on her fake voice to pretend she would see what she can do, then I see her walk to her manager and all body language changes. You guessed it, Apple did not pull through.
