  The receptionist here is just a sarcastic/rude individual waited 3 months for a appointment which they said they would call as a courtesy which i never got. I wouldn't even recommend this facility based on how it's represented. It's great that Michelle Withes is willing to lose patients and time based on not having someone call to confirm verbally for there appointment.

  This clinic is amazing. Both Trish and Dr. Withers are great at what they do. They always (emphasis on always) have a smile, and have a jovial approach with patients. I would defenitely recommend booking an appointment or getting referred here.

  My teen daughter was devastated with Dr. Michelle approach, lack of care and she was in tears due to the single approach she was provided. Will never recommend her.

  I had an adverse reaction to the treatment she prescribed, that I'm still dealing with. She didn't document or acknowledge it. Extremely irresponsible.

  I didn't like how the doctor and receptionist spoke to me. They sounded very rude and sarcastic, but I'm sure it's nothing they haven't heard of before. I'm never coming back here, it's uncomfortable as a client to be compared to other clients on how none of them are as sensitive as me, and even if they aren't there's no reason to condemn your clients for any reason. I wasn't given much options on medication for my skin condition, nor educated on what I should do to change my skin care routine. I wouldn't recommend her.
