  The grossest public bathroom I've ever been in! Outhouses are just as bad! Smells bad, looks bad, nothing works, stalls are closed and out of order, soap dispensers broken, toilet paper holders fall on u! Cheap ass manager or maintenance people

  Worse store ever, first of all their prices are very high, and also they encourage customers to sign up for their stupid Capital One credit card, while I easily get approved wheteever I apply for credit products, they claim that I need to improve my credit ,this is ridiculous I never visited them again and I won't recommend them.

  Huge store with lots of floors. It can be confusing getting around the store because of this. Sometimes you can take the escalators, but other times you have to take the elevator. Some staff members helpful, others were not.

  The service of this Bay store is just TERRIBLE!!! The management is just terrible. You could hardly find someone for help although there were only a few customers in the store. Even if you found someone, she/he might be dismissive(lazy?) and reluctant to help. Some would be mean and rude, esp. the male manager (short and fat old man with glasses). Months ago, I went there to buy some eye cream but waited 15 minutes and got no staff coming up to help. When i found this manager Hammid/Hamied and made a complaint. Instead of showing some sympathy or at least being nice, he kind of blamed me for not being understanding by saying that if i am not happy about the service in this store, there are plenty of other stores i could choose instead... ... OMG Did he know what he was talking about?! I was so shocked and i called and made a compaint about him to whom I believe to be the general manager. She sounded really nice and promised to follow up and find out the problems, and that such things would never happen again. But when I went there days ago, I found everything was still the same- the whole store looked like a deserted warehouse, staff were dismissive and impatient... Manager Hammid was right about one thing- NEVER go to that Bay store if you could choose another!
