    Great customer service at this location. Clerks were patience and always avail to help. Tight store space that sometime makes maneuvering around with a stroller a bit challenging. I usually wait for a sale as items can be over priced.

    Today I went to metrotown with my daughter around 5pm.. saw that gymboree was having this everything $16.99 sale... so I went in... it wasn't busy at all... at least 2 staffs were working... but they were just chatting at the cash registry...I was there for a few minutes looking around...and wasn't 100% sure what the sale was about... so I went to ask one of the ladies... and this lady wasn't very friendly... no smile and didn't seem like she wanted to explain or to help...i got a few items for my daughter... same lady helped me at the cash registry... still no smile...she asked if I had membership.. i said no... and she didn't ask if I wanted one... so I asked if i could get one..and she passed me a piece of paper to write down my information.. finally she said thank you and ..of course.. without a smile.
