  This was the worst experience ever. I am not a fat person. I do not have a weight problem and I am not chubby. This airhead needs to get a life, and to watch what she says to people. I will NEVER shop at Bluenotes. At this time of year, your employees need to learn some proper conduct and be able to deal with the public a hell of a lot better than this.

  terrible management, horrible customer service, and not recommend place to shop. They are deprived of workers, it won't kill them to spend some money for more workers and not inexperience students, also giving them long hours just because they are free. Saving so much money on workers, their stuff should just be all under 5 dollars to free

  I was in the Bluenotes location in Lougheed Mall, Burnaby, on Dec.12. I have not been much of a shopper there, but was curious as to the type of jeans they had. I walked and found a pair. The young girl there, about 20 something, asked me if I needed help. I told her that for the moment I was fine.

  I put the pair of jeans I was holding back on the rack, and said. "Fine. You wear them" And I left.

  Young lady arranging merchandise was not friendly at all, I politely asked her for change room for my daughter & she bumps into her on purpose while opening door! Seemed angry the whole time like she hated being there - did not speak at all & was not helpful, will not shop there again!

  Then she said. "Oh, those jeans are for skinny people." I looked at her and then the pair of jeans, which had rips and tares all down the legs. I told her that I was looking for jeans without rips and tares. She sarcastically said to me. "This is how they are made, this is the style" By this time, I had enough.
