    He refunded my money by check after he screwed up and ignored me for 5 weeks. I went back to the other guy who quoted who was Richard at Comet. The "Chinese guy" as he's known in the industry was referred to me. He was useless. Not speaking english was his defense for everything. You're better off with Integra Stones than Richard and Integra wasn't much more expensive. He was cheap just like Richard. You need to dimension your counters yourself because these clowns do everything on the back of a McDonalds napkin and sure enough its off and there are defects. Write up a contract with dima ensions and specs of your own because this industry is a bunch of do it yourselfers turned pro. Or pay a lot more.
