  I use self serve car washes very often, and this has to be the worst result that I've seen. Save your money and go somewhere else. This isn't the same wash that it once was. Please, owners of this car wash, if your reading please raise the standards and bring back the car wash that was once so great.

  Great do it yourself car was. All the equipment was well maintained and all working. I go there every few weeks, and will continue to take my car there. Don't miss a chance to use their facilities.

  I use this car wash a few times a year when I am out towards Burnaby and I have found the premises to be clean and equipment in good working order when I am there, usually find an employee there who is cleaning / maintaining the premises to be helpful if needed, I also enjoy the setup of having the vacuums right before the wash bays which makes it efficient when busy. As others have mentioned this is one of a few of this style of car wash around (wand wash or "hand wash" as others have mentioned). Some of the down side I have found similar to others; the end result usually isn't great (lots of stuff left behind particularly noticeable if your car is quite dirty or a dark colour), not sure if it is the kind of soap they use, the pressure seems to be more than adequate. I also don't like how there isn't a "low pressure spot free rinse" option.

  This USED to be a great car wash. This is the third time in a row that I've left disappointed so I felt inclined to share my experience to warn people of the money wasted here. After spending $10 my car was barely cleaner. The pre-soak and soap options barely made a difference, and you have to look closely to see if any soap actually came out!

  There are not many coin operated self car washes anymore. Love this place. it's open 24hrs for convenience.

  You buy tokens with coins or card and pop them into the machine in your aisle. Each token gives you something like 2 minutes. You can choose what setting to spend those 2 minutes on (I.e. prerinse). If you want to go through all the settings and thoroughly wash your regular sized sedan, with lots of elbow grease involved, it will cost about $10- $12. It was a bit confusing at first and there was no staff around to help me figure this out.
