  We made a reservation at AVIS last month. We didn't notice that we made a mistake when booking so that our reservation had to be cancelled at the scheduled pick-up date. We were so depressed and worried about our trip to the Rockies starting from Vancouver. The person at AVIS helped a lot. He tried really hard to re-book a car for us at the spot. And helped us look for better deals since there's a big gap of price between our previous reservation than the new one. It was a busy morning with many customers. The guy was patient and we really appreciated his help. Luckily, we got a nice car after one and a half hour and finally set off.

  Exceptional customer service and ontime delivery of the vehicle. I appreciate the great service given by Joseph in selecting the most suitable car and for the best deal. I would definitely recommend the service from this location. Thank You!

  Two months ago I got a rental from Budget who is a partner company with Avis. When I got the car they informed me that they needed to do a credit check. Long story short, I did the check, got the rental and was on my way. Little did I know how bad it would effect my credit.

  I would highly recommend AVIS to anyone looking to book a rental car from Burnaby . We were lucky enough to be served by Joseph, who was absolutely fantastic and provided us with exceptional customer service. It was only because of him that we were able to go on a long awaited holiday and we appreciate his help very much! Thank you Joseph! We will definitely hire a car with you again and recommend AVIS to everyone because of your help!! :)

  Two weeks ago, I went online as I was going to take another vacation and reserved a car online with Avis. They charged me over 300 dollars and informed me that I was cleared to pick up the rental from the airport (Albany). When I arrived, Avis staff informed me that I couldn’t get the car because I failed the credit check. They provided no options outside of “sorry for your luck.” Luckily, I walked over to Alamo. Alamo informed me that they do not do a credit check and proceeded to get me a rental. The moral of the story is, DO NOT use Budget or Avis unless you have a credit score over 720 and/or don’t want your credit reunied.

  I found the service to be excellent. The vehicle was clean and recent. The staffs were very respectable and polite. Would definitely like to appreciate the service extended by Joseph Simon. Thanks for helping us out and getting us a good deal. If I am in need of a car rental again in the future, I will most certainly use Avis Car Rental.
