  On my journey to purchase a new road bike, I was surprisingly impressed by the customer service at Trek Bikes Burnaby. Shane spent so much time making sure I chose the right bike. He listened to my list of needs/wants and came through with the perfect bike: Émonda SLR8. I love it! Thanks you Shane and Jackie, for making the experiment friendly, fun and seamless!

  Recently my lifestyle changed and it was time to sell my bike so I called trek bikes to see if they could help. After talking with the manager, Shane, he invited me to bring the bike in, assessed its condition and then sold it for me - free of charge! Because of my initial experience, the after-sales support and service I will definitely be back.

  Went into this store yesterday to purchase a helmet for my wife. The friendly staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with their recommendations. I would highly recommend a visit to Trek for all your bicycle needs.
