  100% of your customers love you because you guys write your own reviews on google! FAKE REVIEWS ALERT WOW I thought in the response the owner would thank me for not calling the cops on him while he and his ill mannered hairdresser Molly were screaming at me in the salon saying but instead they have the audacity to say I was "black listed? " WHAT?! how much are you going to lie to people? I live in that area and roam freely and just so you know your coupon does say it includes a haircut which the owner said "I had to pay separately for" I have screen shotted and left it here for people to decide. I never once demanded free services I offered to pay separate for highlights stop lying and trying to cover up. Also I did not show up an hour late and did not miss any appointments. So if you could lie less in your responses it would be more credible or do you not know how reviews work in the first place?

  Depends on what you want, you can get any level of services, simple hair cut to any style. Different level of skills are there and need to just communicate it with staff. Nasser is the manager w/ over 30 years experience, talk to him!

  I went for partial highlights light brown.The lady who colored my hair was in a hurry so she bleached my hair but did not deposit any colour. She wanted to go home so she lied to me that it is a new type of highlights it will get darker in 2-3 days. It never got darker and my hair looked ugly in blonde streaks. It became dry and hair started falling. I went to a much better parlour and found out that my hair is bleached and i should aply anythin else or i will loose more hair. Its been 3 months. I had to chop of my long hair which i was growing for 2 years but my hair still falls. I am using all natural remedy to strengthen. It us getting beter but the dirty blonde steaks still look ugly

  I almost called the cops to this place...THIS place should have an option for negative rating stars. The Groupon they have for haircuts or anything else THEY WILL NEVER USE THE COUPON AND JUST MAKE EXCUSES AND MAKE U PAY MORE. I got here and my experience was horrible the owner and the hairdresser, Molly I believe both were verbally aggressive and showed NO RESPECT to customers. I had an appointment at 3:30 and I got there 3:35 the first thing I said was I was sorry for the delay but they just aggressively refused to do my hair saying it's late they said my Groupon was "for short hair" whereas the coupon didn't mention that the owner tried to get money out from me by saying the coupon doesn't include haircut and actually asked his hairdresser to check on my phone if I was lying about it or not!...and when I refused their offer of "discounting the amount I paid for my Groupon from the total price they were quoting me and forcing me not to use my coupon" they said things like "well we didn't call u here u called us" but u guys are a service provider...yes I called to book an appointment that's how it works.....NO RESPECT AND THEY DONT EVEN TRUST THEIR CUSTOMERS. Owner might even end up trying to hit u if u talk back to him
