    Nothing special about the bank/service. But it's a convenient location beside the Safeway and bus stops

    The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 star was the telephone banking rep who helped me fix this issue talked very arrogantly as if I'm asking him for a favour when it was their mistake and they are ought to be fixing it. Anyway, the teller in branch was very nice.

    I waited in line for 30 mins and was told that they "don't know how" to change transaction limit for my savings account. Wasted my time and they could not solve the problem. The staff here were very rude and I am not coming back again

    A teller helped me save money by advising me that if I have certain products my chequing account will be free. It ended up not happening for the first month because of some setting error by RBC side but it's all good after the second month.
