    All customers should be given the same quality service, I however will not be returning there to receive the same treatment.

    Like their bakery so much, pastries and cakes are very soft and delicious. However, cakes are too expensive compared to bigger retailers' prices.

    Ordered in person a 6" Fresh Mango cake. Delicious. Creme isn't too sweet and sponge layers are moist and delicate (aka ~ fresh). Good cake experience. Just in time as Mango season is at its tailend. Cake was also made to order and took 45 mins to prepare. The strawberries were a bit on the sour end. Service was satisfactory. There is one staff member who attitude shows she doesn't wish to be there.

    I didn't particularly like the customer service. Depending who you are, they will put all the food in a bag or indivually wrap it up nicely.

    Order online then pickup at one of their stores is easy. Tried several varieties if their cakes and so far so good.

    It has a lot selection of pastries and cakes. Their fruit cake and fresh mango cake are tender and delicious. However, I dislike the mango pudding cake and pastries which don't taste great. Good service.
