    When we stormed to the agency, they just shrugged their shoulders and replied that too bad, it is what it is. That's why they told us to pay an expensive deposit. They knew this would happen and feared customers demanding refunds. They were prepared.

    We received a phone call saying we come retrieve our documents for the cruise. We were indignant. We were moved to windowless rooms when we paid for suites with outdoor views.

    When we walked in, the agents were on their phone chatting away without ever glancing at us or acknowledging us.After 15 minutes, we finally talked to one of them, but only after we took the initiative.

    Upon walking in the 2 agents were busy on the computer and one on the phone. Never greeted. I sat down and an employee came into the store said hi, mentioned she's on lunch but one of the ladies would help. we sat for 15min. Not once acknowledged or apologized for the wait. Instead 15 min later she rudely asked what we were waiting for and when we explained we were waiting for one of them to help, she said she had no idea and that WE didn't say anything. It's YOUR job to greet your customers. How oblivious are you? When we said we will take our money else where, she rudely said ok and continued with her business. Horrible customer service. Didn't even try to save face. Horrible and rude!

    The prices on the posters were COMPLETELY wrong, and we were given worse service than when before. The agents then hastily put our names down and demanded payment immediately. We said we weren't sure yet because this was a lot of money. They said no money, no cruise. Reluctantly we gave our money hoping we made the right decision.

    All the people working at this place is either liar, or people who is working diligently hard at ditching others. Again, never never go to these agencies operated by Chinese, I mean this is not necessarily racism, but a common impression, that is numerous lies, and making traps for you to jump.

    After hours of justifying our argument, we were finally moved to a room with a view of outside. We should have been prepared for this, because turns out our room was blocked by rows and rows of lifeboats. That's why Silkway stopped arguing with us.
