    This store has the worst customer service. Went in there to buy my daughter a pair of shoe and it took forever to be helped. The three women working there Wednesday sept 6, 2017 were unhelpful and rude. Go to journeys next door and buy your shoes.

    Waited forever to be served and than even longer for them to bring out the shoes I requested! I just left!

    The metrotown location can get pretty busy. Sometimes I only see 2 or 4 employess working. Despite that, I found the employees here extremely friendly and helpful! It made my shopping experience worthwhile. I'll definitely keep coming back here to shop.

    Best customer service I had the assist manager Monica help me out and she was fantastic. She was able to get me the proper shoes with amazing customer service. Will come back to this location again!!

    I buy online... No one in the store can be bothered to say hello. Much less ask you if you need anything.
