  I dealt with Dawn at Records department. She was more than helpful every time I had to deal with her. So professional, so helpful. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is accurate. If I had missed something, she went out of her way to correct it, and send the update to me. Hope she gets promoted, and gets what she deserves.

  I am very disappointed with the service from this company. The site crew did a great job but the accounting department was atrocious. I was sent an invoice which said it was due in 3 weeks which was satisfactory. After hassling me all day on my moving day the accounting department said I needed to pay immediately or they would not finish the unload. I did not agree to pay but they charged my Visa card anyway. They then refused to address the issue. I would not recommend or trust this company.

  Great service. We were not looking an affordable company but best and fast service, since we were paid for relocation but the price was really convenient. Packing was really good. Everything even smalls objects were completely packed. Since the first call, they were very efficient and they understood we needed an expedite moving to the USA without extra charges. The administration, the packers and the people who installed the beds were very educated, polite and professional. Excellent service.

  This company is really good and thorough. We are moving from Vancouver to France. They came and packaged everything so carefully, and were super friendly. The sales guy is highly rated - he responds to every email and phone call, and is very professional. Highly recommended.
