  The value and price of the food aren’t too bad. Their service, however, is slow. The servers do not seem attentive to the needs of the customers, so sometimes it’s hard to grab their attention when I need something. They don’t seem quite organized in the way they manage the tables. Also, one of the staffs was a bit rude and cold. For instance, when I paid by cash, the cashier didn’t even count the money and judged me for paying less than the amount I said I’ll pay. Afterwards, I showed her that I did pay the exact amount that I told her I would pay. Of course, she did apologize and I’ll overlook it. I believe the issue I have with this place is bad service. The restaurant should get the waiters/waitresses, hosts/hostesses, and cashiers organized and properly trained to provide good customer service.

  I frequent this establishment because the food is tasty and relatively cheap. Everything else from seating time to service is a hit or miss. You could go in one day and get served in ten minutes flat. And then come back another day with approximately the same amount of patrons and wait an hour to get food. Staff are rude and disorganized and it seems like they favour certain tables. It is also hard to get their attention and don't expect a straight answer if you have any questions or problems. But although it has it's issues it still offers tasty food at a competitive price.

  Best bang for your buck sushi place in the area, I think. The portions are quite huge for what you're paying, the quality is there and the restaurant itself is decent enough. Staff is pretty good overall, but Cyrus is a G

  I've eaten here a few times. Fare is just okay. Unfortunately the service is really bad - we waited 10 minutes to be addressed while there was just one party ahead. The waiter took my order hardly listening and brought us the wrong dish. The sashimi was roughly cut and the general vibe was impersonal and rushed. I will not return here - there are much better options for sushi in the area such as Osaka. They are polite and put care in their service and dishes.

  Delicious fusion style (not traditional) sushi at a great price. Recommended for family eating on a budget! Highly recommended to make reservations since there's usually a wait for dinner.

  This is a constructive criticism from me because this sushi restaurant is in my neighbourhood. I desire and hope to see improvements so that my family and I can continue to enjoy eating there.
