Jim Qian - The first issue is that I have always asked for a receipt and in the beginning you said the rate was $1/lb. It was not until after I asked why the amount didn’t match the weight that you said you were charging a higher rate because I asked for receipts. Even then, you were charging more than $1.2/lb. The last few times I brought a load, I weighed it before so I knew how much it should cost. For example, I brought in a load that was under 17lbs, you charged me $24 - that is more than $1.2/lb. I weighed it using 2 different scales and got the same number. This didn’t happen just once, it happened repeatedly. Either your scale is not accurate or you were charging me more than the $1.2/lb that you now say you were charging. I didn’t mind paying a higher rate but be up front about it.

DON'T go here find somewhere else dropped off my laundry and everything white came back pink. I didn't have anything red in my laundry. So stupid ,they should have said something when I picked up. Never again ,never again

Be very wary about their drop off service - consistently overcharged and billed for services I never asked for.

Next, you say it is your duty to clean it with any method – perhaps you should ask the client what they want first before deciding for me and then charging me 3x more for it. I have repeatedly brought in stained items for awhile now and each time I picked them up, I never complained about the residual stains, nor ever asked for dry cleaning. These items are cleaning rags and only needed a regular wash. It’s like going for a haircut and you decided to colour and perm my hair without asking or telling me and then charging me for it, because you felt I needed it even though all I wanted was a haircut.

Finally, after all this time, it is odd that you chose to all if a sudden dry clean my items and charge me for it around the same time I asked about why the cost didn’t match the weight

The guy here who acts who is sick n gives you the changes from beyond the counter I asked for 10 dollars in changed gave me a 5 dollars bill and 2 dollor in coins. When less in 5 minutes I come for asking for more change...he told me that my 5 dollar bill is fake when he was the one who gave me that 5 dolor bill. I got upset cuz that was the bill he gave me..when I told him I want my money back he deny giving it back cuz he said my clothes are in the machine. When in fact they weren't even in wash cycle in was in prewssh. There they know how to make steal your money. They guy here was telling me to use almost all the machine for the small amount of clothes cuz he said too much water...which it didn't make any sense. Pls I beg the owner don't say sorry..you stole money from me from a service where they know how to steal money..cuz u ''ll look like a dirty liar.

Final straw came when I went to pick up a load and he decided to dryclean a number of my shirts without asking or telling me beforehand, charging me $5 each shirt. I have never asked for drycleaning for any of my previous loads. A typical $20 load turned into $64!

Have been using their drop-off laundry service for about a year now, and when I started I was quoted a price per lbs. When I paid for each load, it was consistently a couple lbs over the actual as I weighed it myself but I let it slide figuring it was perhaps a minor calibration issue with their scale. After awhile, I was being charged for more than just a few lbs over, it was quite a few lbs over. When asked, he told me that they decided to charge me a higher rate because I asked for a receipt, without ever informing me?! Even when using the higher rate, it didn't account for the extra cost.

Jon Hsiu: We have different price with business client. $1.2/Lb for business. You have 8 pic coffee marks almost whole shirts. You didn't tell me about coffee marks when you drop off. For our duty we must try to clean it with any method. What is my mistake?
