    I went into the store looking to get a charm as a gift, and I stood there and waited 15 minutes and nobody came over to ask me for help. What was even more ridiculous was that they helped 3 other customers, who came in after me,and didn't even acknowledge me until I spoke up. The lady was so rude when I asked why I wasn't being helped as well. I am never going to this store ever again.

    CSRs ignore you when you're looking for assistance. Save yourself the trouble and head downstairs to Ann Louise for better customer service with the same selection.

    Horrible place. By the way it is closed now. LOL

    It was an hour wait to get in and then was told they were sold out of the item i was looking for. The staff was unfriendly, the store was understaffed and one person just stood in the back folding paper. I have never had a worce shopping experience.
