  The Service reps were rude and weren't helpful at all. We went to another Service Centre (near Lougheed Highway and Gilmore Avenue) and everything went perfectly.

  Mohamed Morgan Aboud is the most useless person we have ever dealt with. Save your money and go with a better insurer. Worst customer service. There was an issue with their own website and got NO help what so ever. Save your time.

  That being said, I'd been here twice before for Autoplan Insurance and the service was professional.

  Customer service here is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Service representatives at the front are equally terrible as the Managers running the place. AVOID this place at all costs and go to other service centres if possible.
