  Went in looking for a power tool that the website said they had but the item was no where to be found. One of the staff that helped me search for about 20 min finally gave up and told me it would be best to go to another store. I continued looking myself and asked another staff member who passed me on to someone else and so on until finally I was passed to Vince. The buck stops with that guy. He took my name and said he would continue searching and call me once they found the tool. Usually this is a way to get rid of someone and many business will never call back. To my surprise, I received a call the next day saying I could pick the tool up at customer service. Very happy with the service provided by Vince. Very personable and helpful.

  The location was not very easy to find after the sun set, and it is way out in an industrial/commercial area in Burnaby, but this place is huge! I came in to look for GUI10 LED light bulbs, and they had a huge selection! It was near the end of the day, so some of the lightbulbs were misplaced, but I managed to find what I was looking for.

  Had a painless product return, staff were helpful in finding things, but the store didn't have the oddball screw I needed to fix my (rather old) bathtub tap.

  Everything I needed was in stock and there was lots of helpful associates around to guide you through the massive maze. No complaints!

  Exactly what you'd expect from a large home improvement and hardware store. For this visit, staff were very knowledgeable about location of their products. I was looking for 2 things today and staff were able to direct me to the correct aisle without having to ask or search with me.
