  We went to Structube after failing to find furniture we like in other major furniture stores in town for our new place. We like the modern yet elegant styles and selections of the products. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up buying all our new furniture from Structube, even though we had to wait for almost month for the shipment, and we are still happy with the products to date :) I would recommend my friends to check it out.

  Structube is a great store, good prices for good quality. This location has great staff that are friendly and helpful. I keep coming back here because of them.

  The staff at this store were very helpful and assisted me in a timely delivery of my couch. The only negative that I have is that their delivery is outsourced, and one of the companies they use has a lack of customer care. That said, Structube rectified the issue I had with that delivery company and within the next business day, they had their other delivery company deliver my couch. So thank you Structube for sorting that quickly.

  This furniture store is full of shoddy quality imported furniture for double what it's worth. The generally vibe is "we don't care". Try opening the front door to the store and you'll see what I mean.

  So I did a ton of research and I was really afraid to order something from Structube due to all the bad reviews. A lot of my research said that you should order from the store where you'll likely get your furniture quicker/on time since if ordered directly from the store so I did just that. The store told me it would take 2 weeks but my first shipment didn't arrive in stores until 3 weeks later. I had my Dad and partner go pick up the items and was told that they helped move them to the car so that was a plus (since in a lot of reviews they said no one helped them at all). When I was assembling the Arc Lamp, the instructions are terrible and we didn't know some of the pieces were already assembled and thought we were missing pieces; along with not knowing where some of the screws go. I called Structube at Metrotown and Victoria picked up. Had superb service from her - she went through it with us and even sent pictures to my emails regarding which pieces are assembled to what and did her best to tell me where the screws went. I was very surprised. Thanks Victoria for all your help and maybe Structube is taking reviews to heart and improving their customer service.
