  Staffs are great. Samsung makes horrible products that fails two months after the 12 month warranty expires. They charge customers $35 for diagnosis but its free from Apple. Plus the repair is more than the value of the phone cause the products depreciates or explodes!

  Extremely helpful, the staff was kind, not pushing to make you buy something, and very considerate to what you required need is. They know how to help quickly, while not rushing you and don't disappoint. Highly recommend.

  Never buying Samsung products again the warranty don't mean anything to them. Please read the reviews! They wouldn't fix my faulty Samsung S7 still under warranty only 5 months. I just bought the Google pixel 2 XL now.

  Today I had an amazing experience at this store. I am a Samsung user wanting to change my phone. I previously went to 2 other stores and all Samsungs I wanted were sold out. The sales persons tried to push on me very inadequate deals with phones and plans I didn't want. I was very lucky to talk to Danny and Ivy today. Between both of them I got an amazing experience! They were extremely kind, professional and understanding. I walked out extremely satisfied with an incredible deal! Ivy went extra mile to get every single promotion available in store for me! She also transferred all my data and set up my phone completely, since she realized I was not a technology savvy. Danny and Ivy made my day today! Thank you, you both are the best! Highly recommended: )
