    Selection rivals downtown Vancouver in both brands, stock, and sizes but lacks Contemporary Finds and the Runway. Shoe options is hit or miss, depending on shipments but I've bought quite a few pairs from this location.

    Super messy place you will not find sizes on the proper location and everything is unorganized. Employees are so rude maybe they get low wages thats why they are not happy. Not happy to help the customers instead always in a group and laughing seing people asking for help thankyou

    Don't expect customer service. It's a Winners. If you need directions to departments the signs are more than helpful, and visually the racks are self explanatory. If you're expecting help with specific products, don't bother. New stock arrives every other day, and staff are there to tidy racks, stock merchandise, and process checkout. They don't have time to keep up with brands and merchandise.
