  Absolutely fantastic experience here 2days ago! Sent in an email/online request and heard back right away. Was able to discuss our specific car troubles on the phone and get our car in the same day! Was educated about our car issue and what to expect in terms of causes and related costs.

  Mustafa is an amazing person with a lot of knowledge about cars. Literally he gave me so many good advices on how to keep my car well around and safe. I would recommend this place to everyone especially if you need lot of information and good help. Also his prices are pretty attractive.

  -> "total price is $___ and the spark wire and plugs cost $___." only after receiving final invoice, I realized that the mechanic charges $85 labour fee on spark wire and another $85 labor fee on spark wire plugs multiply the labour time spent on each. Would have appreciated if the mechanic was clear on the labour cost prior to fixing it.

  In order to make me a regular customer, I want to know what exact parts of company's were used, I want you to teach me how you calculated labor cost prior to fixing my car, and Lastly I want to see you care for more details, no matter small issues they are. All competent mechanics will fix cars, but that extra 5% details you do for customers are what we remember.

  stock family vehicle or heavily modified 4x4 pick up they have earned that. Multiple employees have gone above and beyond for me during that time to make sure things are done right and then some. Have I ever had an issue with any work over the last decade? Of course. No one is perfect. However that has been where they have earned my loyalty the most in fixing those problems and making me happy. I recommend them to anyone looking to give a new shop a chance. You won't be disappointed.

  This is a mechanic who is definitely knowledgeable and competent, speedy. The final price seemed reasonable as well, but non-clear communication of labor cost breakdown prior to fixing the car and poor transparency of part prices are the reasons why I would give 3/5.
